My a/c was running nonstop but the air coming out of the vents wasn’t cold. Initially I figured it was caused by the 117° heat wave we were experiencing. A couple days later the problem got worse, so I called my home warranty company and they connected me to some random repair company. I was told they couldn’t come out to my home for five days. I made the appt. but wondered if I could survive for five days. It was 106° outside and 95°+ in my house. I started calling a/c companies figuring I would forgo my warranty company and just pay out of pocket. Company after company said no appointments were available. Many of them even advertised 24 hour emergency a/c repair but didn’t answer their phones. Then I called Bishop Air Service. That’s when everything changed. The person who answered the call was super friendly and helpful. She assured me they could help me either later that day or the next day. Within minutes I received a call from a repair tech. I was put on the schedule for the following morning. The showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed my a/c unit and I had ice cold air flowing again within about 15 minutes!
